Why SmallBiz CFO Exists

After 15 years working with hundreds of small and medium businesses across the United States, I noticed the same pattern everywhere.

Owners were not failing because of bad products or weak effort. They were failing because they could not see what was happening inside their own businesses.

Revenue was growing, but cash kept disappearing. Pricing was being set by gut feel. Financial reports arrived weeks late — if they arrived at all. Tax bills showed up like surprises every April.
